New Garden Wall
Brand new garden wall on a housing estate in Carlisle, the previous boundary was a hedge but the homeowner wanted something with a little bit more impact. The wall is built with sandstone and although it is built on a concrete foundation and with mortar between the stones that mortar has been hidden so it appears to be dry stone, and topped with shaped cam/coping stones.
